Creative Organisations

Our team can help you set up, manage and govern your organisation

Creative Organisations

Counterculture Partnership is a member of the Charity Lawyers Association - and our partners are board members for charities, social enterprises and other creative companies. All this experience helps make sure our legal advice is pragmatic, practical and up to date.

We have a very wide working definition of the creative sector, including commercial companies, not for profit associations, trusts, and registered societies. We provide advice to student unions, community based organisations, sole traders, and charities with a national (if not international) reach. We can set up and register new organisations; provide policies and contracts to help with the day to day activities, and help with mergers and closures. From start to finish, we've got it covered from our Manchester and London offices.

We hope you never have to deal with a legal dispute - but if you do, we can help with bad debts, infringement cases, employment matters and other types of litigation.

We also work alongside our colleagues on financial, tax and other business related consultancy matters. We don't spend our time attending hundreds of seminars, instead we try our best to deal with your project effectively and efficiently, with the minimum of hassle.

Our work is insured and regulated in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide you with extra peace of mind - and at a fixed fee we can normally agree up front.
